About the author
Silvia Bruegger
Silvia Bruegger, an expatriate from Brazil now living in the United States, infuses her work with the rich textures of change and adaptation drawn from her journey. Her experiences lend authenticity and depth to her narratives, bridging cultures and emotions.

Her debut children's book, "Benjamin e as suas férias sem fim" (English: "Benjamin and the Vacation That Never Ends"), is inspired by her nephew's emotional adjustment to a new city. In this story, Silvia skillfully weaves themes of resilience and growth mindset into a child-centric narrative, creating a platform for parents, caretakers, and educators to engage in meaningful discussions about adaptability and change.

Expanding her literary impact, Silvia has created a series of personal journals designed to stimulate neuroplasticity and offer practical insights for personal growth. Available in editions for children and adults, these journals are more than just writing spaces; they are tools for self-awareness, learning, and development.

With a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from CAU-FL and a certification in Neuroscience from MIT, Silvia's publications are deeply influenced by her academic expertise and decades of working with diverse teams across regions serving Fortune 500 companies and start-ups.

Her work entertains, enlightens, and provides valuable resources for those on the path to meaningful personal transformation.
